Santa Claus Party Rolls

Ingredients

  • 12 Martin’s Party Potato Rolls, halved

  • 24 Small Slices Pepperoni

  • 3 Cups Ricotta Cheese

  • 4 Stalks Celery, thinly sliced

  • 72 Capers (about 2-3 tablespoons)

Directions

  1. Slice each Party Potato Roll in half lengthwise.

  2. Use a knife or kitchen shears to cut a hat shape from each pepperoni. Attach a pepperoni hat to each roll half using a dab of ricotta.

  3. Using a piping bag or a plastic bag with a hole cut into one corner, pipe a ricotta beard and hat trim onto each Santa roll. Add two celery slices side by side atop the beard to make a mustache. Add three capers in between the hat and beard to make the eyes and nose.

  4. Serve.
